Following his welcome to Globe part and his New Religion movie, you’d be forgiven for thinking the St Martin native may lay low for a while, but here he is with another clip already.
This time it’s a recap from his summer in Indonesia, surfing purely custom twin fins fish made by Ryan Lovelace. Obviously made for the purpose of surfing small waves, Willy took it upon himself to push the boundaries and get some tubes surfing in bigger conditions.
Filmed, edited and scored by Manuel Claudeville Morellos with additional shots by Carlo Coral, it’s a wonderful reminder of why Willy’s one of our favourites to watch in the water.
