Jai Walsh is someone we’ve been raving about for quite some time now.
Hailing from Ulladulla, a small town several hours south of Sydney, we met Jay through our longtime friend & Afends associate Tito Lavole. After witnessing Jai in the water for the first time, we became instant fans of his approach to riding aquatic vessels. His style, radical, yet silky smooth, is a joy to behold either at a 2ft onshore beachie, or at one of the countless left slabs of his home-state of NSW.
Filmed by Dane Singleton, the clip is an introduction to Jai’s own signature range with Afends: Legacy, a punk new wave haven.
It also happens to be a prequel to an upcoming longer video that him and Dane have been working on for more than a year now. Judging by the quality of these ‘B-clips’ we can’t wait to finally lay our eyes on the full piece. Keep your eyes opened.
