It’s official. Christmas has come early. Jim Greco has gifted us with a new short film in the form of Glass Carousel.
As with previous shorts Year 13 and Jobs? Never!!, Jim’s unique aesthetic shines through. It’s the closest we’ll ever get to seeing a skate video directed by John Cassavetes.
As always, Jim’s technical approach to filmmaking is intriguing and distinctive. Shot on digital, filmed out onto a 35mm Intermediary Kodak Negative, then printed positive onto 35mm Kodak Stock and scanned back, no plug-ins were used.
