If you’ve ever set foot on the New York subway, you’ve undoubtedly crossed paths with the infamous subway dancers that grace the carriages.

Teeth is a short film by filmmakers Alex Fischman Cárdenas & Gabriel Crawford Connelly, documenting Ikeem “Teeth” Jones, often regarded as one of NYC’s best subway dancers, as he reflects on his legacy a year after covid ravaged New York.

A poignant reminder of how covid has affected underground arts culture in more ways than we could’ve ever imagined.
