Snowboarding used to be so boring when we were young.

But that’s perhaps mostly due to not having any decent coverage in the nineties and noughties. Certainly not in Europe anyway.

Occasionally we’d see Shaun White win another medal on television and I guess SSX Tricky was a fun game to pass time with friends.

Truth is, snowboarding is actually pretty damn sick. And Vans Snow’s latest video proves it. Following on from Landlines, which if you haven’t watched we encourage you to check out immediately, It’s Love feels like a natural continuation.

Shot mostly on 16mm and with a vibe reminiscent of prime skateboarding videos, the video features a handful of Vans Snow’s most creative and influential athletes—Cole Navin, Parker Szumoski, Kennedi Deck, Jill Perkins, among others. Filmed on location in Ohio, Utah, and Iceland, the film brings forward the bangers, the banal, and everything in between. The end result is a medley of top-notch snowboarding, adventure, and community togetherness.

Featuring: Cole Navin, Parker Szumoski, Kennedi Deck, Jill Perkins, Jake Kuzyk and Dan Lideahl. Directed by: Tanner Pendleton.
