Come to terms with the fact that everything is out of your control right now.
Whilst we need to stay informed, don’t waste your energy infinitely scrolling the news. Or Instagram for that matter. It’s not healthy. Focus on you. Keeping that immune system up and your mental health in check is a full time job anyway.
Make yourself a herbal tea. Have a little lie down. Close you eyes. And breathe.
