Fred Gall is the latest skateboarder to open up about addiction in The Ben Raemers Foundation‘s candid SMiLe series.
Following Nick Jensen’s interview on mental health, as well as Aaron Herrington’s and Chris Pullman’s honest discussion with relation to alcohol addiction, Fred looks back at how prescription drugs led to him becoming addicted to heroin.
Fred’s openness in discussing how the death of his mother forced him to go to rehab, is a testament to the fantastic work The Ben Raemers Foundation are doing in addressing taboo topics so often ignored, both within skateboarding and the wider social communities we share.
