In celebration of the “Alex Katz: Gathering,” exhibition at the Solomon R. Guggenheim Museum, Stephan Knuesel & Stephen J Grant’s short documentary showcases Alex at his Maine studio nestled in New England’s scenic landscapes, as there artist reflects on his relationship to light and the sensations that his painting evokes.
